Adaptation of the system should take a couple of weeks, depending on the scope
of personalization and the customer’s engineering team. Voucherify itself is already

Voucherify appoints a site reliability team, monitoring the platform 24/7. In case
of downtime, the team is notified via a phone call and embarks on fixing the issue
immediately, 24/7. Clients are always informed by an email and they can monitor the
platform themselves using http://status.voucherify.io.

Depending on the category of the issue, Voucherify team handles it within the following
