Happiness — is our natural state of mind, ability to perceive the
world as blissful, vibrant and full of sense and live in harmony
with the Universe and ourself
Thus, cannot be achieved only throw collecting outer things
(money, property, power, relationship etc)
Only mind itself can experience happiness, it is inner state
According to QiGong, integrality means our body, energy and
mind are developed and balanced
