ü Identify the Competency Areas in a collaborative workshop with the
representatives of all layers in your organization.
ü Identify the Core Capabilities for each of the Competency Areas.
ü To begin with, minimum one capability is needed for each competency
area.
ü Check where you are on the Core Capabilities within each Competency
Area
ü At regular intervals, reflect on where your organization is, which
competency areas have grown on Agility, and which are lagging.
ü Respond to make the required adjustments.
ü Keep moving towards the vision behind your Agile Transformation

representatives of all layers in your organization.
The starting point can be the six recommended competency areas as per
