• Have a test run with your e-tutors, admin, others NOT including
students
• WATCH the tutorial videos!
• Send clear instructions in invite
– No webcams
– Watch viewers tutorial video (extra time or include link)
– You will be muted, do not unmute yourself
• Mute all users if more than 4 people and lock them as they join
• If more then 4 users do NOT allow webcams (give 1 warning then
kick the user)
• Save your PowerPoint as a PDF document (No spaces in the
name!) e.g. Assignment7Lecture.pdf
• Have help on hand either secondary lecturer or e-tutors
