1/20013-11/2015 (RETIRED): SR. SYSTEMS ANALYST, AbbVie Inc. (separation from Abbott
Laboratories), 1 North Waukegan Road, North Chicago, IL 60064
I was tasked with migrating PTA app in Lotus Notes databases to Service Now ADAM web app through
intermediary platform like Informatica. Worked with members of team in resolving migration issues by
creating & executing LotusScript agents to update or correct data, creating views, and updating forms or
subforms design elements.
I was tasked with archiving Lotus Notes databases to STREAM and e-RIM, our electronic records
archive systems.
I assisted in Proof of concept (POC) work with teams on: Converting our Lotus Notes database to
SharePoint with Quest NMSP tool (Notes Migrator for SharePoint); Converting Notes to PDF
documents with Swing PDF Converter; Migrating data from Notes to Oracle with IBM LEI tool.
I helped estimated, developed, implemented, supported, archived, and decommissioned numerous client-
server systems and intranet web systems in Lotus Notes/Domino and other technologies.

200 Abbott Park Road, Abbott Park, IL 60064-3537
I helped upgraded and deployed Lotus Notes/Domino application versions: from 4.6 to 5.0.5, to 6.5.4
and finally to 8.0.2.
I analyzed, investigated & documented hundreds of Notes and MS Access production issues. I wrote
numerous Notes agents written in Java, LotusScript & Formula for Notes and VBA script for MS
Access to correct production issue data and software bugs. I worked with Notes Administrators for
implementation solutions.
I generated numerous reports in MS Excel and text file, data extract and updates with Notes agents
written in Java, LotusScript & Formula for FDA audits, upper management, Q.A. Validation and user
requests.
I collaborated with and supported software development teams: discussed & analyzed requirements from
Project Managers and Business Systems Analysts, supported Testing teams and Notes Administrators
and collaborated with Consultants and other Developers.
I authored numerous project documentations in MS Word: wrote SDDs (Software Design Descriptions)
wrote & executed Unit Tests, and wrote & executed SIQs (Software Installation Qualifications). I drew
workflows and processes in MS Visio.
Some larger and newer applications that I worked on are the following:
Flash Report is an application written in MS Access 2003, which pulls lot inventory and material test
data from SAP. I successfully replaced the database interface from BPCS to SAP through Teradata
2. ODBC. I replaced all SQL queries, VBA, and DAO referencing BPCS with Teradata views, linked
tables and columns.
Material Product Schedule MPS are MS Access 2010 databases written in VBA, DAO, SQL queries, &
linked tables. The system reads manufacturing data files generated by Infor Scheduling software to
automatically create Excel pivot tables and Adobe PDF reports.
Product Costing is a Microsoft Access 2000 database written in VBA, DAO, and SQL. The system is
used by Cost Accounting for reporting compute intensive multi-level BOM (Bill of Materials)
dynamically built SQL query code. The text data came from SAP and imported into Microsoft Access
database.
On-Boarding website configured in MS SharePoint 2007 and MS InfoPath Form 2007 using out-of-the-
box rules and conditional formatting for new IT employees and contractors. Key drop-down list box
fields on the form are maintained through SharePoint lists to avoid hard-coding. The system is Nintex
2007 Workflow-enabled that notify administrative assistants and managers of new personnel’s on-
boarding to-do checklists are completed.
Product Complaint Analysis (PCA v4.x & v3.x) Notes database automates product complaint process by
incorporating complete complaint handling workflow, including complaint registration, submission of
investigations for review and approval, customer letters, and adjustment forms. The system built with
Domino Global Workbench (DGWB) tool, translated into 6 multi-languages (English, French, German,
Italian, Spanish, & Portuguese) and deployed globally. PCA interfaces with Java-based Global
Complaint Registration System (GCRS) through LotusScript Extensions Lotus Connector (LSXLC) and
LotusScript to Java (LS2J) and Oracle database back end; it interfaces reports with Java, MS Word VBA
and MS Excel VBA; and validated (Part 11 FDA compliant).
Credit/Debit Memo Authorization Form (CMAF v1.x) Notes database for Customer Service to automate
reviewing and approving documents related to customer credit or debit dollar amount in LotusScript and
Formula. The number of workflow approver level increases with higher dollar amount allowed. Export
views to Microsoft Excel.
Electronic Change Requests (eCR v3.0) Notes database automates the division documentation Change
Request. The system tracks change requests for division controlled documents (BOPs, QPs, GPs, etc.)
through document status and can send email notifications in LotusScript and Formula.
Approved Supplier Database (ASD v3.x) Notes database is used to track PPD approved vendor suppliers
for purchased raw materials, codes, and commodities in LotusScript and Formula.

whose territories are within the U.S. and they dial-in remotely to replicate their local Notes databases
with our Notes Domino servers in Deerfield. Data is further processed and analyzed by our Data
