Project
- Market analysis to formulate brand / business development / sales & marketing, pr &
communication, product + pricing strategy.
- Viability advice & competition analysis.
- Assistance in identifying sites, licensing & liaison advice.
- Layouts with revenue per sq ft optimization – Front of the House + Back of the House - Bar,
Kitchen, HVAC, Sound, Light, POS equipment specifications. (in house / external agency –
architect)
- Assistance in BOQs, execution of project within expense budgets & timelines. (in house /
external agency – site supervisor / contractor)
- Creation of Thematic / Signature Food, Bar & Cocktail menus with innovative presentation /
styling, packaging.
- Pricing, costing & recipe sheets for menus. (in house / external – F & B controller / agency)
- Creation of SOPs – bar & floor operations, service excellence, cashiering, purchase, controls,
periodic reports, MIS, guest history & database management, Budgeting & Forecasting, MIS.
- Identifying staff with critical skill set & assistance in recruitment.
- Orientation & Training of staff. Training in mixology & soft skills.
- Networking&negotiationswithliquorcompaniesforannual marketingbudgets&monthlysales
budgets.
- Vendor Management.
- Creation of Brand Campaigns for Marketing, PR & Social Media communication strategy. (in
house / external Graphic Design / PR / Social Media agency)
- Listing of Brand on Industry relevant agencies / websites / social media portals / corporate

- Creation of Event & Promotion Concepts & Calendars - sourcing of artists – DJs, bands, live
performers.
- Assistance in targeted database acquisition.
2. Post Opening / Operations – Optimizing Brand Propagation & Performance, Maintaining Standards,
Expansion
- Exposing the Brand to various industry relevant critics / trendsetters / bloggers / portals to
generate momentum in print / social media for optimal brand outreach.
- Continuousreviewandanalysis of brandperformance andeffective re invention as required of
brand / business development / marketing, pr & communication strategy.
- Continuous monitoring of Brand Listings & Tie ups on Industry relevant agencies / websites /
social media portals.
- Introduction of food / beverage – events / specials / promotions / media campaigns for every
quarter.
- Liaison with liquor companies for sponsorships & marketing budgets.
- Mystery audits.
- Assign goals, monitor performance & chart growth patterns of the department heads & core
teams – internal & external.
- Department wise audit of outlet to ensure adherence to brand & service standards / SOPs.
- Learning & Development, assistance in controlling attrition and retention of the right staff.
- Creationof an effective food & beverage costing format and tracking of all costs / expenses as
per market norms. (in house / external – F & B controller / agency)
- Par stocks, Inventory management, supervising the creation & analysis of all periodic reports.
- Creation of an effective MIS format and tracking of all costs / expenses as per market norms.
- Analysis of all the above reports. Strategic inputs in overall outlet cost controls and
maximization of top line + bottom line.
- Expansion advice & creation of franchise manual.
3. Commercials
Option 1
GT Morni Hills, Panchkula
- Monthly Retainer – 2 lakhs during project stage
- Monthly Retainer - 1.5 lakhs post launch stage
Option 2
GT Lucknow
- Monthly Retainer – 2 lakhs during project stage
- Monthly Retainer - 1.5 lakhs post launch stage & 15% of Top Line
- Over & Above the Scope of Work - CHS will pay the payroll cost for the outlet operations
(Service & Kitchen staff only)
GT Gurgaon Faridabad Road, Gurgaon
- Monthly Retainer – 2 lakhs during project stage
- Monthly Retainer - 1.5 lakhs post launch stage & 15% of Top Line
- Over & Above the Scope of Work - CHS will pay the payroll cost for the outlet operations
(Service & Kitchen staff only)
- Travel, Boarding & Lodging will be borne by Client.
- Monthly Retainer / other charges will be excluding service tax / any other taxes.
- Payment Schedule – 100 % advance.
