 I have more than 3 Years of work experience in Development and Environments Support
projects in IBM’s Web Sphere Commerce
 I have been a part of the E-Commerce website development team in Domtar Corporation,
Whirlpool and its subsidiaries (Maytag, Gladiator garage works). Also worked in Philips POC.
 Currently working for Home Retail Group in Environment Support Team
 Experience includes exposure to all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle including

Responsibility: Responsible for overall support and maintenance of the Website, Stores (Stock
maintenance, User access control, Repointing environments) and GTX (Call Center). Also includes the
support of backend systems like Sterling Order management, Yantra, JDA and Middleware. Areas
worked in common websites issues like SOLR Search, QAS Postcode check, Delivery slots, Payment,
Order related issues in all stages of user journey.
