1. Leadership Seminar – YWAM Muizenberg Base

 The questions are important, and some of them are just inside of us, some has to be
put it off and always ask for the HS to help you in answering that.
 Testimony: testify what you are learning and what God is doing to you.
 Same unity: it´s not having the same opinion, but sometimes you have to make
decisions for the sake of the unity.
 Psalm 133
 UNITY: working in unity – specially in the leadership, don´t allow the different opinions
to separate a team.
 Peacemakers: not passive but be the peacemaker. Sometimes you´ll just have to make
peace being non-selfish.
 Mark 1:32
 Most of the times you won´t know if someone is ready or not to be released as a
leader, but you have to take risks trying to put the new leaders in the leadership of
small thinks, releasing them little by little. But make sure that you follow up with them,
that you go there and check not for the sake of the checking but for the leader to know
that he has someone to support him.
 Before releasing your new leader, establish with him that you are going to give
feedback and that he has to be open for that. Again, just release a new leader when
you gave the chance for him to lead small groups, small issues.
 If something got wrong, don´t pull your leader away, embrace him and walk together
with him even after the messie… It´s a time for restoration.
 We always have to have a flight plan: you have to know where you want to go and
start to develop your own growth. Schedule as many as in puts possible so you can
learn and be practical, and then learn and be practical, and then learn and be practical.
Set goals to yourself and be motivate to search the answers and conquered your goals.
 Don´t stop setting goals.
 My question in all that: what is the difference between MISSION, CALLING AND
PURPOSE? What is personal and general?
 Vision is about sharing with those that are considered God´s friends.

2.  Don´t hold on to your heartings, there is more music in your life that people wants to
hear… You are going to be hurt and disappointments but you have the gift to forgive
and make a new day.
 You´ll never find your fullfiment purpose on your own… You have to gather with
someone or a group.
 Honor the elder generation. It´s is the 5th Commandment.
 4 Stages of learning:
1. Unconsciencly Incompetent
2. Consciencly incompetent (scare, fear)
3. Consciencly competent (always thinjk about everythink you do)
4. Unconsciencly competent (practical)
