18. • Procedure: squarrot Doughnuts
• Preheat pan to 375F.
• Combine the flour, squash flour, carrots,
and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Set
aside.
• In a separate bowl, mix together the
milk, yeast, sugar, vanilla, egg, heavy
cream.
• Add the wet mixture into the dry
ingredients and mix until just combined
then add the butter.
• Knead for 20 minutes
• Let it rest for atleast 10 minutes
• Flatten the dough
• Spoon or pipe the batter into a
doughnut molder. Fill each half-sphere
to the top.
• Once filled, cover, and close the mold.
• Fry until come up with a crispy doughnut
consistency

• 1/8 cups sugar
• 1 eggyolk
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• Procedure:
• Peel the mango and mashed
• In a pan mixed the sugar and eggyolk
together with the cornstarch and butter
• Cook in a low fire for 2 minutes. Add the
mango.
