• Interaction:nteraction: Spend time with the students,
interact with them and understand how and why
they use the Lockers. My aim is understand from
their perspective, beyond the obvious functional
use.
• Info Gatheringnfo Gathering:: I’ll gather as much info I
can get on the general pulse of their feelings for and
around the locker. e.g Do they like the way it is?
What do they dislike about it? Can it be better?
How?
• Idea GenerationIdea Generation: I’ll use my findings to
come up with Ideas putting into consideration
functionality and end user ( the students)
satisfaction.
