2. Our identity is usually associated with our
body.
But actually body cells are dead and lost to
a variable extent. Even our passions,
emotions and thoughts are undergoing
changes. But we remain the same
individuals!
Thus without denying our association with
the changing existence, we can experience
that we are changeless backdrop or
background or substratum on which the
3. changing bodies are born, grown and
perished.
Rebirth of identities pertains to concurrent
consciousness and memories. This is
observed in case of certain historical figures
such as Shripad Shrivallabh and Narasimha
Saraswati. Others do not have the memory
or consciousness to endorse
rebirth.
Rebirth is not a lame explanation for
consoling or pacifying the suffering of
people. It is not a theory merely born as a
psychological tool.
4. Consciousness is constant and the cycles of
birth and rebirth continue on and within it!
The proof of rebirth through science needs
identification, definition and understanding
of consciousness as a separate entity.
Because when the word rebirth is used; it
pertains to the individual consciousness!
Since Human consciousness can not identify
human consciousness as a separate entity; it
is not possible to “prove” rebirth!
