5. PROJECT– FOUR WHEELS CAR SHOWROOM
TEAM – URBAN ATELIER
LOCATION- 100 FT ROAD, CHATTARPUR
AREA– 2700 SQFT
Designing a dynamic space that prominently displays the cars and strikes out from the surroundings. It’s a reflection of the movement and
rapidity that allows the cars on display to express the importance of the project essence.
The unending movement of the spontaneous line in false ceiling surrounds the display lounge is the main feature of entire space. A transparent
glass surface of façade conceals the crossed light lines gets away the perception of boundaries from road.
In day time, with high chromatic definition, over the showroom area, with its higher ceiling, and warm light welcomes people to the showroom.
To justify the display lounge and uninterrupted function of it the admin area is place above level by creating a mezzanine floor overlooking the
display area.
By taking care of contemporary minimalistic design the façade of showroom is created by simple steel structure with a diagonal tilt at façade
which create a strong dynamic impact as whole.

7. PROJECT – CUBOID FARMHOUSE
TEAM – URBAN ATELIER
LOCATION- MANDI HILLS , CHATTARPUR
AREA – 1 .25 ACRE
1.25 acre of farm house located in outskirts of Delhi, Chattarpur a
known place for the farm houses.
The idea behind design is a juxta position of spaces and a
conscious attempt to balance out private and formal sphere
without settling down any spaces.
The masses come through subtle manipulated interlocking of
spaces overlooking into each other.
A lay of singular spaces along north south axis placed and break
through east west axial planning which help out to stand out the
masses. By following a guideline form follows function four
volumes are placed as per the functions which complies with the
vaastu ideologies too.
The volume to the north –east occupied by formal activities such
as entry foyer, living room which are primarily a single storey
structure with high ceiling.
The prominent and important volume is a large lofty formal living
room spilling out to a landscape area. This resulted in three open
side tall mass framing view to a picturesque front lawn facing
north side and a composed view of central landscape court.
Strategically central placed living room gives a see through view of
landscape inviting us to coexist with nature.
At south-east side is occupied by a unifying mass of powder room, dining
and open kitchen. The entire space is treated with very minimal and
contemporary manner.
At North West side guest bedroom is planned overlooking to a relaxing
view of contoured landscape of Plumeria Alba garden.
Southern side is treated as a most private zone i.e. master bedroom which
accomplished with swimming pool and central court
On the 1st floor study room and one bedroom is planned with adjoining
terraces capturing entire view of surrounding.
8. The interior of building are kept very minimal and contemporary
compliments the building geometry.
The large expanse of glass allow the landscape views to provide a visual
experience and also helps to define a masses
9.
10. We visualize the villa as perfect blend of architecture and landscape design. Main design idea for this
sub- urban house was to serve as an exemplar modern architecture. The house is organized along with
landscape that allows for indoor spaces to engage and enjoy outer view which provide relaxation &
feels to be the part of nature from inside.
The design holds the formal and informal areas on the lower floor with the bedrooms on the upper
level. T he smaller Outhouse Unit serves as the sauna, changing rooms, and service areas. The
overlooking staircase serves purely as a connector that also acts overlooking gallery to the courtyard.
PROJECT –COUNTRY HOMES
TEAM – URBAN ATELIER
LOCATION- SAHURPUR
AREA – 1 ACRE EACH POCKET OF 5
ACRE
11. Besides contemporary features villa design is based on vaastu principles too. Like
main entrance of villa is lies in East side, kitchen lies in South - East, living is placed
in North – East direction, master bedroom is in South-West and open space on
North side As the form of plan is in L shape where the longitudinal part has been
kept East West direction to reduce the heat gain.
The use of timber louvers and solid expanses have been used so as to avoid direct
sunlight on to the fenestrations. The use of elements help in low heat absorption
through glass surfaces and at the same time enhance the modern and
contemporary character of the house.
