Students need to be moderators to present slides
Can promote “on-the-fly”
Can set up as moderators ahead of time
PowerPoints don’t remain in room between sessions
No advantage to uploading the day before
Can upload then save as whiteboard files for speed
PowerPoints are slower to upload and “freeze” room
Can upload/save ahead of time as whiteboard files
PowerPoints can get inter-mingled easily
Students should do one-at-a-time upload, then delete
All-at-once approach is very risky
3. Promoting Students
Select student in list, then select menu icon just after name
Select Give Moderator Privileges near bottom
Select Take Away Moderator Privileges to “demote”

4. Save as Whiteboard
Click button in upper right.
After loaded, delete any blank slides or whiteboards.
Select from top menu bar:
Usually Select All (default)
Save as .WBD file for later loading (will go very quickly)
File ->
Save ->

5. Deleting Slides (Pages)
When a student is done presenting, before next student loads, delete
existing slides.
To quickly delete one slide/page (for example the blank “Public Page”,
click Delete Page in the upper left of the slide area.
To delete several pages (or all pages)
First, in upper left of slide area, select Show Page Explorer
In Explorer, click a slide
It should turn blue
Now right click and “Select All Peers” *
With all slides selected (blue), right click and Delete *
