Subject: Study of working principles of electrical substation of capacity 400/132 KV and its protection
procedures.
Name of Institute: Central Tool Room and Training Centre, Bhubaneswar.
Duration: 02-30 June 2014.
Course: Industrial Automation: Electrical Actuator Application, Programming PLC by simatic manager,
Programmable Logic Controller with hardware details.
Name of Institute: Brigosha Technologies private limited.
Duration: 16-29 December 2013.
Course: Embedded Systems Design, Development and Applications ( PIC microcontroller).
PROJECTS
Final year Project: Smart monitoring of energy meter using LAN (Local Area Network) and Raspberry pi as
server. The pulse of energy meter is taken as input by Raspberry pi and after set count the data are sent to
customer as SMS. Monitoring of energy meter can done to calculate about non-technical losses. (Aug’15 – to
April’16).
Designed a bot that is capable of working on receiving instructions from a cell phone using decoder circuit
and a remote cell phone. The DTMF (Dual Tone Multi Frequency) decoder circuit identifies the dial tone
from the telephone line and decodes the key pressed on the remote telephone. Here for the detection of
DTMF signaling, the IC MT8870DE is used. (Oct-Nov’2014)
2. Designed code for an autonomous robot that follows a line using Infrared Sensor. In this project, the
transmitter section includes an IR sensor, which transmits continuous IR rays to be received by an IR
receiver module. An IR output terminal of the receiver varies depending upon its receiving of IR rays.
(Sept’2013)
