Team Mr. Brightside

Losing sleep is a common condition for many people, including members of the team Mr. Brightside. The
problem that we choose to tackle is one that affects us frequently: Stress. Hectic work days, active social
life, family, friends, school, and even multiples of these at the same time can cause stress, mental
anxiety, and lead to sleep deprivation.

Since stress and mental anxiety often consume our thoughts keeping us from sleep, our solutions focus
on things that can distract us from our thoughts, and perhaps help us find some mental relaxation and
peace to fall asleep. Focus on something, anything else.
