Keep baby as active and alert as possible in the daytime,in other words,build up the sleeping
pressure.
More outdoor activities.
1. Carry baby to playgound to listen to the sounds the children are making.
2. Carry baby to listen to chlidren reciting.

4. Carry baby to the wild field.
