2. There are two kinds of people in this

• We have the ones that go and get what they want, and the ones that wait for it to
come to them.
• If you want to be a better basketball player and ball handler then you have to work
towards it.
• You can't wait around watching basketball on television or on the internet and

3. You have to do ball handling drills for

religiously.
• At least three days a week you should be doing basketball training.
• I specifically recommend that basketball players' focus on their ball handling
ability and the reason for this is that it is extremely important to be able to dribble
the basketball with efficiency and confidence.
• The better you are at handling the basketball the better you'll be at playing the
game of basketball. On the offensive side of basketball, pretty much everything
you do requires you to be able to dribble the basketball.

4. You want to pull up for a high
percentage shot?
• Well you're going to need the dribbling skills to shake up your defender so you can
make room for yourself to pull up for a jump shot that isn't contested to the point
where you can barely see the rim.

5. You want to get past your defender for
a layup or a dunk?
• Then you're going to need some dribbling moves that you can use to get past your
defender that is preventing you from getting to the basket.
• You have to do ball handling drills for basketball in your spare time.
• All you need is a basketball; you don't even need a basketball hoop to do these
kinds of drills.
• If you don't know what drills to do then just dribble the basketball and practice
your moves.

6. You want to get past your defender for
a layup or a dunk?
• Every move in the game of basketball can be perfected so you should be trying to
perfect at least a few of them so you can use them whenever you please.
• You can do drills with two basketballs if you want to increase the difficulty and the
intensity.
• We all know that if you can dribble two basketballs comfortably then dribbling one
basketball should be a piece of cake.

7. Always remember when doing drills to
focus on quality and not quantity
• When you're doing a drill make sure you have great posture, you're dribbling with
your finger tips, and you aren't looking down at the basketball.
