7. POWER DRIBBLING
This drills is mainly used for warming up but it is still highly
beneficial to your ball handling improvement.
To do this drill you want to start with your right hand and power
dribble for 30 seconds and then soft dribble for 20 seconds.
Do this again with your left hand.
Make sure to do two sets with both hands.
This drill helps get your muscles comfortable with dribbling the ball
at different speeds.

8. TWO BALL POWER DRIBBLING
This drill was designed to work on dribbling control and arm
strength.
To do this drill you need a basketball in each hand.
Power dribble both basketballs at the same time for 30 seconds.
Do two sets of 30 seconds.

9. FIGURE 8
This is a great drill that helps develop ball speed and ball control.
You do this drill by dribbling the ball as fast as possible in a figure
8 through your legs and around them.
So you would start with the right hand dribbling the ball in front of
you and then dribble through your legs with your right hand, then
switch to your left hand and dribble around the back, around to
your left side, to the front of you and then back through your legs.
Do this drill five times.

11. DRIBBLE SPRINT
This drill is simple but effective.
If you have access to a basketball court, start by dribbling and
running as fast as you can from one end of the court to the other
end and back.
Do this drill three times.
This drill will help you to gain control of the basketball while
moving quickly.

12. DOUBLE CROSSOVER
This is an advanced drill that is very effective and will improve
your ball handling if used daily.
To do this drill, get two basketballs and put one in each hand.
Now bend your knees and perform a low crossover dribble with
both basketballs.
The first time doing this may be difficult but you want to do it 50
times.
