2. If you're hiring movers and packers or Hyderabad transport services to move
your stuff to a new city or state, you need to understand all types of estimates
which they offer you for your move. Non-binding estimates are more common
than binding estimates, especially, when you're moving long-distance or
intrastate.
Before you agree to the price quoted by the moving company, learn more
about non-binding estimates.
The estimate is decided depending on the weight and surroundings!
A non-binding estimate is decided on how much the logistics companies in

moving companies conduct an in-house survey of your home and make a note
of everything that needs to be transported. They'll also consider other factors

Before you sign the bill!
Don't agree or sign the bill of lading or service order unless the movers in

4. Denial of service!

finds that you have additional stuff which is not stated in the non-binding
estimate, they can deny to serve you. Make sure every item you need to shift
is clearly defined in the estimate. In case, if you need to add some items, tell
your moving firm that you can prepare an agreement before they begin to load
your shipment.
Not-to-exceed estimates!
One of the best options of all binding and non-binding estimates is the binding
not-to-exceed estimate. It means that if the actual load of your shipment goes
beyond the written estimate, you still pay the amount estimated. However, if
the actual load is less than the quoted price, you pay the lesser amount. If you
ask your mover for a binding not-to-exceed estimate, you will never pay a
higher price than the estimated price. Your price can only be reduced. So,
whenever you get an estimate, always ask the Hyderabad transport services

Payment!
Once you receive the delivery of your shipment, payment will be due. If you
have accepted a binding estimate, you must pay the amount due by cheque,
