Jackie's Aunt Doreen sent instructions for detoxifying and improving cardiovascular health. The detox instructions recommend chopping or juicing onions or garlic and mixing with catnip tea, sage tea, or honey. For juicing, onions should be juiced or blended with 1/4 water and strained. To improve the cardiovascular system, garlic should be minced and stored in olive oil for 7 days, shaken daily. After 7 days, the garlic-infused oil can be strained, bottled, and taken 1 teaspoon hourly in lemon juice or water for fever, infections, stomach mucus, colds, and flu.
