He
has

Political
Science)
and
most
recently
a
Master’s
Degree
in
Administration
and
Organizational
Development
from
the
University
of
the
Incarnate
Word.
He
is
currently
pursuing
a
PhD
in
I/O
Psychology
and
teaching
at
Brown
Mackie
College.
His
corporate
career
spans
from
positions
as
an
Analyst,
Consultant, IT, Project Mangement
to
a
Petty
Officer
in
the
U.S.
Navy.
