Outside of his interest in business and economics, Tony Ehinger enjoys farm-to-table dining and is a supporter of the student center at Drew University.

of his interest in business and economics, Tony
Ehinger enjoys farm-to-table dining and is a supporter
of the student center at Drew University.
Located in Madison, New Jersey, Drew University is a
private learning institution that promotes out-of-the-
classroom educational experiences. Founded in 1867
as a seminary (which is now the Drew Theological
School), Drew University expanded to include a
College of Liberal Arts and The Caspersen School of
Graduate Studies.
