2. WHAT
COLIVING
IS
Let me start with introducing you
to the description which I found the
most related to what coliving
actually is.
3. Co·liv·ing
1. Shared housing designed to
support a purpose-driven life.
2. A modern, urban lifestyle that
values openness, sharing, and
collaboration.
4.
5. A development for co-living micro studios -
encouraging community interaction by
providing shared facilities such as work space,
catering and laundry.

6. SHARED HOUSING
Most of us agree that coliving as a
"structure" of living - living together
and sharing certain common areas
- is nothing new. We'd also agree
that IT IS shared housing.
8. SHARED HOUSING
Not sure how it is in other countries
or other parts of the world but
where I'm from - and that's Vilnius,
Lithuania - and where we've started
the first coliving projects in Baltic
states, this is how most of the
people imagine shared housing...

12. COLIVING IS DIFFERENT
"Taking co-living on a whole other level is the
New York based coworking company
WeWork." At WeLive - a new residential space
with flexible leasing - "included with the rent
are activities and amenities like fitness classes,
potluck dinners, cleaning and laundry services
and a digital social network—all accessed
through an app. The space has a communal
kitchen and common areas with private rooms
as well as access to the WeWork amenities."

18. WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING?
Worldwide media is playing a big
part in spreading the word about
coliving's success and growing
trend. Headlines are usually catchy
(well, that's media's business, can't
blame) but also descriptive.
Somewhat ironic. Change doesn't
come easy.

23. Vilnius Co-Living
Let me introduce you to Vilnius Co-
Living - the first coliving project in
Baltic states.
A project that came from a natural
need of different, comfortable,
sociable living space for creative
entrepreneurs.
