Sonja Bush has been visiting Mammoth Lakes since high school and eventually bought a second home there in 2003. She now lives in Mammoth full-time with her husband of 30 years and their 12-year-old lab, Clover. With a business degree and 25 years of experience in telecom, she enjoys her new career in real estate and helping people turn their dreams of owning property in Mammoth into a reality using her expertise as a former second homeowner.

About Sonja
My husband John and I have been visiting Mammoth since high school ski club – we won’t
mention the year….let’s just say “a long time ago.” We visited so often that we eventually
bought a second home in 2003. We started spending more and more time in Mammoth and we
eventually decided to try living in Mammoth full-time. We started with a one-year experiment
and love it so much we are not leaving! I should clarify….as my husband likes to say “Sonja
lives here full-time but I split my time between Mammoth and Bakersfield.” Sounds like a
perfect life to me!
Real estate has been a great change of pace for me with a Bachelors degree in Business
Management and after spending 25+ years in the telecom industry in management, sales and
training positions. What I like most is helping people realize they can make their dreams a
reality! Starting out as a second homeowner in Mammoth helps me fully understand buyers and
sellers desires and concerns in purchasing and/or selling their vacation property.
When not in the office or showing property, I can be found hiking, skiing or out and about with
my husband of 30 years and our 12 year old lab, Clover. I look forward to working with you.
