1. Rand Logsdon
Born in the San Francisco Bay Area he and his family moved to Tahoe City at an early age. He
attended North Tahoe High School and California State University, Chico. As a 30+ year
resident of the North Tahoe-Truckee area he has always had a great appreciation of the natural
beauty and the endless activities found in the Sierra Nevada Mountains and sharing it with
others. After years in ski area and hotel hospitality management Rand began a successful
fractional real estate career for many years with the Hyatt Residence Club. Starting as a sales
agent in Incline Village, NV he then joined the opening team for the Hyatt property in Sedona,
AZ. He earned the salesman of the year award during that opening year and was quickly
promoted to Sales Manager. He continued as Sales Manager at Hyatt resorts in Carmel, CA
and San Antonio, TX and ultimately promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing for the Naples,
Fl location. He has held multiple real estate licenses around the country and became a
competent business broker as well in Scottsdale, AZ. Moving to the Eastern Sierra in 2010 and
getting back to his mountain roots has been a great joy! He enjoys almost all the activities that
abound in the area, but his greatest outdoor passion is catch & release trout fishing. In fact
when he isn't helping his clients achieve their vacation ownership dreams, it is likely you will find
him on one of the many pristine lakes and streams that abound here in the Eastern Sierra!
