4. Positive Interactions
• Greet students in the
morning and evening when
they get on and off of the
bus.
• Try to get to know the
students on your bus (make
a connection).
• Use the following questions
when conferencing with
students:
– What are you doing?
– What should you be doing?
– Do you understand the
expectation or should we
work on it together?
– Can you follow the
expectation from now on?
