Hozma enterprise is an agricultural organization owned by DR Howard Marowa. The company
specializes in growing 150ha tobacco, 200ha cereal crops such as wheat, maize, soya beans, barley,
and a poultry section comprising of 7000 layers and 2000 broilers. The average work force at peak
reaches up to 300 laborers and they all work under the farm manager.
Position held- Farm manager
Selected Accomplishments:
Introduced systems that helped to curb crop loses in the field, brought down a serious weed
problem that had gone on for many seasons in certain lands and introduced fair working environment
for both employer and employees.
Facilitated for loan approvals from banks.

2. Annandale Farm, Bunket, February 2009- April 2012
The farm is owned by Mr. Godfrey Tanyanyiwa and the main projects done are 50ha tobacco, 90ha
wheat, 100ha soya beans, 30ha both commercial and seed maize, 300 beef cattle and 3000 Broilers.
Position held- Farm manager.
Selected Accomplishments:
 Brought in new ideas on how to run labor more effectively.
 Helped in harvesting crops more effectively with economically sound ideas.
 Facilitated for loan approvals from banks.
Rhodesdale farm, Marondera, April 2007- may 2008
The farm is owned by Mr. N kudenga and is run by K Kudenga the son. They invested in 1500 beef
cattle, 200ha cereal crops, 90ha tobacco, Over 5 pivot points for all irrigated crops, poultry, piggery
and sheep.
Position held- Assistant Farm manager
Selected Accomplishments:
 Managed to follow through day to day running of the farm without problems.
 Achieved a good yield for tobacco and Maize.
Kempadown farm, Marondera, September 2004- Feb 2007
This farming enterprise is owned and directed by Rev R Chimbarange. Projects done are Small Scale
maize, horticultural crops like potatoes and cabbages, and broilers.
Position held- Supervisor
Selected Accomplishments: Managed to make good sales of products, produced chickens of
good quality and supervised labour effectively.
