evaluation of the organizations current
standpoint and what will be after the
introduction of our plans of action. With the
Developmental plans outlined by the
committee, particularly this department, the
following are projected:
Refinement of members towards achieving
personal development and the core values of the
organization.
Stronger bonding of members and the building
of positive impacting dreams in togetherness.
Breeding and building of future leaders and
potential that can change the world at large.
Diminishing stage fright, building confidence
and developing speakers with content in their

These are the proposed functions of the
department. Plans within houses shall be
made competitive by making a league-like
table where points shall be award to houses in
relation to the contest held and by the end of
the LO year, awards shall be duly given in
respect to the contests.

Drug Free club, AIESEC, ANUNSA..
