This document provides information about the HCV270 cable, umbilical, and riser cutter. The cutter can cut items up to 270mm in diameter, can be used at any water depth, and is suitable for cutting cables, hydraulic lines, risers, and umbilicals. It has a maximum input pressure of 690 bar for the main cylinder and 210 bar for the anvil. The cutter weighs approximately 352kg and has a robust, corrosion-resistant steel construction.
