3.  Chefs’ Association of Pakistan – CAP is a non- political and non-profit Organization came into being in
2006.
 Proud Member of World Association of Chefs Societies – WACS (Paris)
 The only national association in Pakistan representing finest chefs , restaurateur , Hoteliers, Food &
beverage companies, Culinarian, learners, educators and other stake holders of Hospitality , Travel &
Tourism Industry.
 Dedicated for the betterment and empowerment of all its members and segments which they belong.
 Promoting and canvasing Pakistani Culture , Tourism and Hospitality nationally & internationally
 An International Platform for its members to uplift their standard, skills , qualification and their social life

5.  Develop and promote “Ethnic Pakistani Cuisine” locally and internationally.
 Promote & Develop Culinary Arts Education in Pakistan.
 Training & development of young Males and Females to increase professional standards
within the industry in Pakistan.
 Promote cooking, recipes, high quality products and technical knowledge through
training workshops and seminars.
 Provide local and international career opportunities to the Chefs and hoteliers in
Pakistan by making their profiles and broadcasting their skills and CVs in the local
publication and employers.

6.  Motivate the government, NGOs, Private Sector to extend technical and financial support to the
association for human resource development Lobbying with the Policy making Government
Organizations to bring about positive changes in the work environment of the chefs and address
issues relating to the health and safety.
 Provide qualified & trained human resource to the hotel and restaurant industry in Pakistan.
 Collaborate with WACS to work on issues of global significance like food safety and hygiene,
food waste control and going green through education , training and professional development.
 Arrange food festivals, national / international culinary competitions
 Cooperate with various professional bodies and educational establishments, related vocational
links, namely USAID, Aga Khan Foundation, UNDP, NAVTEC, World Bank, ILO, Lead Pakistan
and such other organizations to introduce training courses and apprenticeship schemes .
