1. At this juncture of successful logical culmination of my dissertation work, I bow
my head in veneration before God who has blessed me with a continuous source of
inspiration to work ahead in life and to come triumphant even out of testing conditions.

sympathetic attitude shown to me during my period of study.
As I look back, in retrospect along this arduous path of doing the dissertation
work, I found being literally overwhelmed by the diligence enshowered upon me by the
chief of our Gurukul parivaar, my most revered sir Prof. Ajay kumar Sharma, Head, P.G.
Deptt of kayachikitsa,and Deputy Medical Superintendent, N.I.A., Jaipur. It is entirely
due to his adept supervision, unrelented inspiration, erudite suggestions, persistent help
and co-operation, parental love and ever aptness in mitigating situations of various
implications, I could successfully transform this research work into the present meaningful
shape. It is my proud privilege to express my deep sense of gratitude, sincere thankfulness
and ultimate regards for his grandiose dynamic personality adorned with a philosophy of
life governed by perseverance, discipline, punctuality and determination to conquer
pinnacles of life. Respected sir enlighted me in the present shape with his majestic touch
and impart confidence in me to combat with any situation in the field of Kayachikitsa and
Panchkarma. I deem myself fortunate to get an opportunity to work under his dynamic
