1. Discover Delicious Control
As a group project, Emily Moots, Rachel Hudes and I developed policies and
procedures for all phases of wellness programs with special emphasis on budgets,
management, and evaluation. This project focused on a Diabetes education group in a
Southwest Suburb of Chicago. This suburb is primarily of Hispanic origin where the needs
assessment showed the need for such a group. The final manuscript contained many
different tools and plans. A podcast was also implemented for the purpose of advertising
our program.
