Basic Fundamentals of Communcation Syatem
1.
2. Communication is simply the act of
transferring information from one place to
another.

6. A Data Source, also called a data file, is
simply a collection of records that store data.
Transmitter: A set of equipment used to
generate and transmit electromagnetic waves
carrying messages or signals, especially those
of radio or television.
Transmission media is a pathway that carries
the information from sender to receiver. We
use different types of cables or waves to
transmit data. Data is transmitted normally
through electrical or electromagnetic signals.
7. Receiver:"In the communication process, the
role of receiver is, as important as that of
sender. There are five receiver steps in the
process of communication--Receive,
Understand, Accept, Use, and Give a
Feedback. Without these steps, being
followed by the receiver, no communication
process would be complete and successful."
8. Destination: Many computer commands move
data from one file to another or from one
storage device to another. This is referred to
as moving the data from the source to the
destination
9. Advantages:
1. It is fast and easier.
2. No paper is wasted.
3. The messages can be stored in the device
for longer times.
Disadvantages:
Sometimes, the quickness of digital
communication is harmful as messages can
be sent with the click of a mouse.
