To obtain a tourist visa for Japan, applicants must provide: 1) A valid passport expiring at least 3 months after the visa expiration date, a completed visa application form, and two recent passport photos. 2) Proof of the purpose and duration of stay such as an itinerary, flight reservations, and hotel reservations. 3) Proof of sufficient funds like bank statements, tax returns, and pay slips from the past 6 months. 4) Additional documents may be required depending on the applicant's situation, such as an invitation letter, consent forms, or authority letters.

1. TOURIST VISA FOR JAPAN
 Passport should be valid for at least three months from the date of expiry of the
visa
 One Visa Application Form to be filled completely and signed by the applicant
 Two recent color photograph, matt finish 45x45 mm in white background with
80%face Coverage
 Covering letter required the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay
 Tour itinerary
 Proof of airline reservation for a return trip e.g. reservation slip
 Proof of accommodation: hotel reservation including the name and phone
number of hotel
 Foreign exchange endorsement on the passport or receipt/credit card copy along
with statement (optional)
 In case visiting family members in Japan then original invitation letter is required
along with the main applicant’s passport and visa copies
 Proof of sufficient fund
 Personal and company`s Bank statement for last 6 months including address
and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name & address with stamp
and signature of bank
 Personal and company`s Income tax returns for last 3 year
 3 months salary slips
 Copy of PAN card or any government ID proof
 If you are self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/
Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required

2.  In case of Student/Dependent: consent from parents / Spouse, their bank
statement and NOC from the school/institute is required
 Authority letter-If an applicant is not in a position to submit his/her application in
person, under such circumstances it is mandatory that their representative/agent
should produce a authority letter
 If applied for multiple entries then I Tax of 3 yrs is required.
Note:-
 Only British Citizens and US Citizens do not need VISAs to enter Japan
 For Saudi Nationals VISA processing will take 3 weeks
 Okinawa doesn’t require a VISA to enter
