The minutes of the meeting held at 3.30pm on Wednesday 10 December 2014.

1. Dean informed that on 17 December 2014 “Human rights day” will be celebrated and
Ms. Lathika Charan, former DGP of Tamilnadu Police is invited as a chief guest to
deliver the key note address.
2. In addition Dean announced that Ms. Kalyani of English department will be the convener
and all HOD’s will be the coordinators of the program. He also appointed some staff like
Ms. Anusha, Ms. Jayalakshmi, Ms. Kalaiselvi, Ms. Seethalakshmi, Ms. N. Ramya, Ms.
Sasikala, Ms. Suganya & Ms. Indumathi as committee members. The committee
members have to prepare articles, photographs, posters, quiz programmes about Human
rights day.
3. All the 3rd year students can participate in the program.
4. Dean announced 4 days as Christmas holiday from 25.12.2014 to 28.12.2014.
5. He also informed that during the valuation period the college will be open and those staff
who don’t have valuation will be working. During this period separate time table should
be followed and the next senior person in each department will be the head in charge.
6. The permission is given for those students who have connectivity problems can leave
home by 3.30pm till January 1st 2015.
7. He again reminded about rules such as mobile phones and laptops are strictly prohibited.
Wearing ID card is must for both students and staff. No markings should be done in any
of the college books.
