The target markets of radisson
are foreign traveler, tourist , and
some aristocrat people who has
maximum effort to stay 5 stat
hotel .
I think Radisson segment their market
for rich people who has maximum ability
to stay there. It is situated in 5
kilometer away from international
airport. Which is their big advantage.
Mission: making exceptional operators of
contemporary 5 star hotels and create value in every
encounter with our owners, guests and associates.
 Vision: creatingExceptionalandpersonalizedservice,exceeding
expectations,andinspiringa connectiontoourbrandintheexperiencesthey
provide.
 Objective may be: Radisson hotel should
understand that the value can be created with
every encounter and this is reflected in their
superior standard of service.
 Integrity -they should be honest and
straightforward in our interactions with their
owners, guests, colleagues and the
communities in which we operate.
 Respect – they should respect the objectives of our
stakeholders, the values of our guests, and the cultural
difference in the locations that they operate.
 Continuous Improvement – they should be innovative
and utilize best practices to continually improve their
management techniques, and the quality .
 their marketing strategy's objective is
to communicate the unique set of
services that they offer to discerning
hotel guests. They attempt to direct
the focus of their guests to the issues of
quality and value for the money as
opposed to simply the bottom line
costs associated with their stay.
 their marketing strategy will allow us to communicate
our brand values, develop close working relationships
with their customers and suppliers and to identify the
needs of our guests in an effective manner. Continued
differentiation and growth are two goals they have set
for ourselves. Growth will take place by targeting new
areas of business within both local and national
communities.
 Marketing mix is a set of marketing tools that a
company uses to pursue its marketing objectives in the
target market. When a company is making decisions
on marketing they generally fall into four controllable
categories known as the 4 P’s: product, price, place and
promotion.
