3.  Chief Complain – Patient complains of difficulty in
eating since 8 months and poor esthetic since
childhood
 History of present illness – patient had traumatic
injury to right eye followed by enucleation during
childhood. Patient has lost her teeth gradually due
to caries and periodontal diseases.
 Past dental history- extraction of all the maxillary
teeth and few manibular teeth
