Metro Bhawan, Barakhamba Road
During our association in last couple of year with Delhi Metro,
Delhi Metro Executive Director, (Technical) Mr. Rajan Kataria
choose us to provide the scaffolding system and the cradle
system on the roof of metro bhawan for cleaning of the roof.
We take the honor for working inside the mind of Metro of India.
This association more likely occurs to us as the growth of trust of
metro management on us.

6. Nuclear Weapon Shed
The Brahmo’s missile shed was to be made and unlike civilian projects, it
required unsurpassed exactness. It was to be 160 meters long structure
with the width of 12.5 meters. In the year 2010, KN Structural Engineers
undertook design and project management of nuclear weapon shed for
Brahmos missile. It is con- sidered to be one of the finest project execution
for DRDO and was appreci- ated by A.P.J Abdul Kalam due to its
construction.

7. Huda City Centre Metro Station Extension
The most challenging part of the project was to ensure safety of the
commuters as the metro was already operational. Complying with the
requirements of DMRC’s design was a project in itself. The project required
work around the clock approach and we managed all this with our
dedicated pool of staff. KN Structural Engineerstakes it as an honor to
deliver Huda Metro Station Extension and contributing to the progress of
India thereby.

8. Kohat Enclave Foot-over Bridge
Complying the allocated funds for the captioned bridge project at kohat en-
clave with the loading that was demanded by DMRC was a very interesting
challenge. KN Structural Engineers evolved a very simple yet efficient
structural mechanism that consumes least amount of materials and
provides the required strength utilizing the latest technology which the
project could afford. KN Structural Engineers com- pleted 100 meter long
and four meter wide bridge within eighty tons of steel.

9. Multistory Steel Building for Royal Engineering Pvt. Ltd. We happen
to deliver a ground plus four storied Factory Building en- tirely in steel for royal
engineering who manufacture parts and acces- sories of Automobiles. Young and
dynamic vision of Mr. Harjeet Singh, a mechanical engineer himself, who was
expanding his company uti- lized our faculty of design and execution for his factory
building in Delhi.
The building provides this modern outlook for a factory building. The project was
completed in one third of the time. Though economically designed, we manged to
provide them loading for a ten ton crane as well.

10. PEB with Mezzanine Floors for Pure Cosmetics
Ground plus one storied building that has mezzanine floor at first floor
and shed at the top. This makes this a hybrid structure, hence we are
able to attain foundation system, columns, mezzanine floor and shed
above in least minimum cost.
Hybrid Structure: The structure becomes a hybrid structure owing to its
capabilities to layer space in very less cost (mezzanine floor). Since
heavy structures attract earthquake loads and are liable to collapse
under occur- rence of earthquake and light structures (Shed) flies in
wind. Since wind and earthquake do not occur at the same time, these
structures are safe from wind and earthquake both.

11. Spider Locks, Aligarh
Shed in P.E.B was provided for spider locks at aligarh. The bottom structure
under consideration is a R.C.C building. Our structural engineer had done
an impact study of new loads due to shed over existing building to
mitigate any further occurrence of risk due to addition of another load.
Post these studies, the system of shed that doesn’t pose any risk to
resisting structure was proposed and execute. The way in which we
transfered additional loading on the existing structure was a work of art.

12. Pyrolysis Type Carbon Plant Rajasthan
Whole industry was established in Pyrolysis Plant. The location of
the plant was in Kotputli Rajasthan. We provided a most
interesting and economical shape during our venture with lubok
industry in the year 2011.
