5. Design of Structural platform for Scrap Melting Furnace for
Hindalco Industries Ltd, Dahej, Gujrat.
6. Design of 1 tonne Jib crane for maintenance of slide gate and
porous plug.
7. Design of Service car used for slide gate preparation and service
car for porous plug removal.
8. Execution of 20 cu. m. Slag Pot for Bhilai Steel Plant.
9. Design of Scrap chute transfer car for Bhilai Steel Plant.
10.Works in the execution of project “Coil Handling Equipment”. The
conveyor system receives a coil on one of its c-hooks from coil
reforming station at the end of cooling line and allows the coil to
cool down during travel and then further transported to trimming,
inspection, compacting and binding, weighing and tag stations
before finally delivering the coil to coil unloader.
11.Works in the execution of project “Coil Unloader” and “Swivelling
Elevator”, used for continuous movement of hot rolled coils coming
from coiler to “Coil Handling Equipment”
