Note: Based on simultaneous calls create as many users in series like 2000, 2001 ,
2002, 2003
For eg: for 10 simultaneous calls , create user from 2000 to 2009
for 20 ------------------------------------------------ 2000 to 2019

Step 3
Create Remote Agents
Add New Remote Agents:
User ID Start 2000
Number of Lines 1

Status Active
Campaign VoiceBroadcast Campaign
Note : Number Of Lines = > put 2 for 2 simulataneous calls, 10 for 10simultaneous calls
No need to create 10 remote agents if you put no of lines = 10
Make sure you have created Users from 2000 to 2009 ie: 10 users

Audio file and Dialplan
Convert your audio file to 16bit Mono 8k PCM WAV audio files(.wav)
Using NCH Wavepad or easeaudio converter.
Upload the conveter file to /var/lib/asterisk/sounds directory
Or upload using vicidial Audio store.
Enter the below dialplan in extensions.conf under default context
(vi /etc/asterisk/extensions.conf )
exten => 7777,1,Answer()
exten => 7777,2,Playback(yourvoicefilename)
exten => 7777,3,Hangup
Reload the asterisk
asterisk –rx “reload”
Final Step
• Upload Leads in List
• Configure the Carrier
• Set Campaign with Proper dialprefix as per your dialplan
• Activate the Campaign
• Check the Realtime Screen for the dialstatus of campaign
