2. Lines There are different types of lines. A regular line, line segment, ray, parallel lines, and perpendicular lines.

3. Regular line Is defined as a collection of points along a straight path that goes on and on in opposite directions. A line has no endpoints.

4. Line Segment The next type of line is the line segment a part of a line having two endpoints.

5. Ray Another type of line is a ray which is a part of a line with one endpoint and goes on and on in one direction.

6. Parallel Lines There are also parallel lines which are lines that never intersect or cross one another.

7. Perpendicular Lines And lastly there are perpendicular lines which are lines that cross each other or intersect at right angles.
