Data audit includes 5 process, those are ‘Identifying Problem’, ‘data wrangling’, ‘ data
exploring’, ‘conclusion’, and ‘ communicate the results’.
1] Identifying Problem: Identifying problem statement is one of the important and primary
steps in data audit. Problem to solve is: [i] Forecast Premium Value, and [ii] Most popular
vehicle class.
2] Data Wrangling: Data wrangling includes the process of the collection of data and in
order to improve data quality for further analysis data cleaning is important part. Data
Wrangling has two part: a] Data Acquisition, 2] data cleaning.
a] Data Acquisition is the process of data collection, data has been fetched using Vehicle
Quota System(2020/04-2022/01). Data is collected from the reliable source as Vehicle
Quota system is the genuine company who is working in the field since 1990 in Singapore.
b] Data cleaning is the process of cleaning the data, during collection of data many
ambiguities occurs, to remove those ambiguities data cleaning technique is important in
order to get good quality of data for analysis. Fetched data contains missing information for
all the columns from April2020 to June2020, missing information can be removed but
removing missing information will lead to small sample data. And in order to not to lose the
information missing values can be filled by using ‘mean’, ‘median’ values for every column.
3] Data Exploring: Data exploring is one of the best method which helps to understand the
pattern of the data, and also helps to understand the situation of the market, or problem.
Data exploring can be done using descriptive statistics which includes ‘mean’, median,
‘mode, ‘skewness’ , ‘kurtosis’ and Data visualization includes ‘Histogram’, ‘correlation
matrix’, ‘ QQplot’, ‘ Scatterplot’, ‘Barplot’, ‘ Pie chart’, trend plot, Time series decomposition
plot, etc.
4] Conclusion can be drawn from the data exploration, it is like predicting the situation
through visualization and some statistical figures.

person and common people is required.
