Standard:
• Heavy-duty 10-gauge steel construction
• All areas of blast cabinet that receive
secondary shot deflection are rubber lined
• 1/4” Top wear plate, where primary shot
pattern is located
• Balanced impeller wheel with replaceable
impeller blades
• Shot wheel is lined with replaceable wear
resistant plates
• Double walled bearing protection with seal
• Full load of abrasive media
• Large air intake for cooler operation
and efficient dust collection
• Steel frame with fork lift moving
supports built into frame
• Electrical box in NEMA 12 enclosure
• All electrical components are UL and
CSA listed
• Door safety switch to shut down
machine if opened when in use
• All machines include dust collector
• 7B-34B, standard basket, 15/16” x 1-3/4”
screen opening
• Basket drive motor on all machines
• Standard cycle timer with all machines
• Standard ammeter for shot load indication with
all machines
• All dust collector bags are double lined, and
made with fire resistant material
