 Background noise is noises that are around the room for
example people talking and someone listening to music
really loud. Another example will be the noise from the air
conditioning which may make it hard for people to hear
    someone or distract them.
 IT Mechanism will be to get some noise cancelling
headphones E.G Bose headphones these headphones are
designed to block out all the outside noise so you can
concentrate. These are good because they are made to block
out load noises but they still let you hear little noises like if
someone speaks you can still hear them also you can change
the way they work by the flick of a switch.


 Distractions are when something around you
will distract you E.G mobile phones or the use
    of the internet E.G Facebook.
 IT mechanism will be if someone is using their
phone at the wrong time give them a warning
to put it away if they get it back out you have
    choice to confiscate their phone.
 Internet you could block their access to the
internet if not then you could lock their screen
until they realise their not supposed to be on
Facebook or any other inappropriate sites.
 This means when you go off target you don’t
listen to the teacher which means you wont
    know what to do next.
 IT mechanism tell the student if they are not
focusing to make sure they are so they know
what they have to do for the next task.
 This means you are talking about something
that isn't related to the work and you are
getting distracted when you are talking about
    this.
 IT mechanism if someone in the class talking
about something that isn't related to the work
or class ask them is this related if not then stop
talking about it and they should get on with
    their work.
 This means when you proofread your own
work but you missed some many mistakes
because it shows you cant be bothered to find
    all the mistakes you made.
 IT mechanism get some help to improve how
you find the mistakes in your work this will
make it easier for you and your teacher to mark
    the work.
 If someone in the class has a hearing
disablement they may not be able to hear what
the student or teacher says because they are
    speaking quiet.
 IT mechanism you could have wheelchairs
supplied in the college for the disabled people
to help them move around the college, you
could have someone in the class who can lip
read really well. Supply a hearing aid to
someone if they have hearing difficulties.
 It is when you write to much which can
confuse other people. If you have written to
much it will take the teacher a long time to
mark your work also if you are talking to fast
people wont be able to understand you and
then they wont listen to you.
 IT Mechanism only write as much as you are
told don’t go to far over the top and slow your
speaking down because it will improve how
    you communicate with other people.
