This document contains two questionnaires aimed at understanding why students disrespect teachers from both the teacher and student perspective. The teacher questionnaire asks about their experiences with disrespect from students, who they believe is responsible, and how to address it. The student questionnaire asks similar questions from the student point of view, such as whether they respect teachers and why some students may not respect teachers. Both questionnaires provide multiple choice answers and an open-ended "other" option to gather insights on how to control this situation from different stakeholders.
