Membership Tiers
Our Partner Program offers three
membership levels:
Authorized
Tobecome an Authorized Partner requires a formal agreement
with Micro Focus. Once registered you’ll gain free access to our
Partner Portal and our on-demand sales and technical training
and certification.t No revenue requirements.
Gold
Authorized Partners can achieve Gold status by completing 2
sales + 2 technical certifications within one of the six Product
Groups. No revenue requirements.
Platinum
Toachieve Platinum status, partners must meet Gold Partner
requirements by Product Group plus achieve $1M USD in total
annual new business sales.

11. Marketing Development Funds (MDF) are provided to eligible
partners to subsidize their marketing and sales activities which
generate awareness and drive demand for Micro Focus Products
and Solutions.
The MDF Program Provides resources to support partner planning
and execution of sales and marketing activities that drive new
business across the Micro Focus portfolio of products and
services. Partners are provided access to Micro Focus tools,
campaigns, and third-party resources to help generate leads and
grow the business, including a network of Marketing Services
Agencies to help you deliver measurable, effective, and
integrated co-marketing campaigns.
MDF planning and execution occurs semi-annually.
Micro Focus leverages a claiming model for reimbursing
partners. MDF activities are governed by the “Eligible Activity
Matrix” (EAM) and MDF Program terms. MDF activity requests,
claiming process, and invoice submission (where applicable) are
managed via the Micro Focus Partner Portal.
