This document outlines a 21-day weight loss challenge that involves following a daily routine of Shake-Meal-Shake (S-M-S). Participants will work with a coach to create a personalized diet chart focusing on nutrient balance, food timing, and preferences. Community support is also provided to stay motivated. Simple strategies are given to break through weight loss plateaus, like increasing exercise, managing stress, getting enough sleep, and tracking food intake. The next challenge starts on April 29th and those interested can speak to their coach about enrollment by April 19th, with limited spots available. Before and after photos show typical results of losing 21-27kg by following the program twice daily as part of a healthy lifestyle.
