For the first time as part of the exhibition, the International
Cheese Academy took place, with partners Soyuzmoloko
and Maria Koval’s Private Artisan Dairy.
Partners of the Dairy Forum included the Ministry
of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Soyuzmoloko,
TheDairyNews, VNIMI, All-Russian Scientific Research
Institute of Sheep and Goat Breeding, Maria Koval’s
Private Artisan Dairy, European Technological
Group, and Trio.
Exhibiting companies such as Kieselmann Russia,

their own events as part of the Diary Forum.

As part of the Meat Forum,
a platform for direct dialogue between
authoritative bodies and professional
communities in livestock rearing
was organised.
Representatives of government bodies, heads of agricultural
holdings, livestock businesses, as well as agricultural
producers looking for answers for their businesses from
renowned experts took part.
Among key events of the Meat Forum 2016:
• Plenary session – Developing the beef farming industry
• Round table – The importance of consolidating
beef farming businesses
• Conference – Farmers’ economic literacy
As well as other topical events
Major players of the meat industry such as Miratorg,
Zarechnoe, Zeros, Orenbeef, Auchan, McDonald’s
and others took part in the events.
The Meat Forum programme was prepared and held
in cooperation with the National Association of Cattle Dealers
with support from the National Union of Beef Producers.

Farmer’s Day
On 3 March, the second Farmer’s Day
was organised, a special event for
representatives of farms.
This year, special guests of the event were 5 regional
delegations of farmers and agricultural producers, formed
by regional agriculture ministries from the Ivanovo, Novgorod,
Voronezh, Kaluga and Nizhny Novgorod regions.
Farmer’s Day was packed with special events:
conferences and seminars.

• For beef cattle breeders:
• Conference – The yearly production cycle of farms,
on systems of working with cattle
• Round table – Farmers’ economic literacy
• For dairy cattle breeders:
• Conference – Young people in the development
of the meat and dairy industry

• Farmer’s School organised specially
for farm representatives
Special events were organised for the delegates:
