1. The license holder is to file progress reports every six months with the issuer using special forms
2. The license holder is obliged to observe standards and regulations of environment protection and work hygiene and
safety.
3. The license holder in the field of foodstuff and hygienic articles is obligated to establish the unit at least one Km away
from polluting centers such as cattle ranches, chicken farms, slaughter houses, open canals, foundries, etc
4. This license is valid for one year from the date of its issuance, and the renewal thereof is subject to the following
conditions:

B. Provision of suitable land and proceeding to construct the manufacturing sites of the project
