The organization of congratulations of IRN BRU
sales representatives.
Program description:
IRN MAN program took place from May to August
2015 within 7 steps , 2 weeks duration of each.
150 sales representatives and 17 teams
competed for prizes for the best sales results of
IRN BRU in sales points.
3 first places in individual competition and first
place in the team competition received prizes.
Awarding of the winners took place in a festive
atmosphere with guest animators in costumes and
promo-models.
Sales training was organized in the form of a
game (with animators-penguins help in sales of
the weakest sales representative).
The process was captured on camera, the video
and photos of the winners were posted on the
internal website.
